THIMUN Listserve: Our sites' subscription forms require users to give us contact information (their name and email address). We use this information to fulfil your request for the THIMUN eNews. Each email newsletter always contains instructions on how to unsubscribe from the THIMUN listserve or click here.

Conference Participation and Contact Information: All names, addresses, phone numbers,fax numbers,email addresses ('data') THIMUN collects are solely used for the preparation of THIMUN conferences and to contact you when necessary. The following data will be made available, however, to THIMUN participating schools to be used only for pre-lobbying:

• Name of the school
• Country of Residence
• Delegation(s) represented at the conference

THIMUN provides access to some databases over the Internet, such as the Form II database. To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to help verify your identity before granting access or making corrections. Access to the THIMUN online databases is only granted by a correct username and password supplied by email from the THIMUN Office.

Conference pre-lobbying has become an important part in the preparations for the conferences. For this purpose, studentsshould use the THIMUN Discussion Forum.

This site makes the THIMUN Discussion Forum available to its users. Please remember that any informationthatis disclosedin this areabecomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

Security

These sites have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control or the control of our Internet Service Provider.

To access the THIMUN Online Databases, you will receive a password which together with your conference number will give you access to the databases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password. You agree to:

1. immediately notify the THIMUN Office of any unauthorized use of your password or any other breach of security, and
2. ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

The THIMUN Foundation cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failureto comply with this section.The THIMUN Foundation reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that the THIMUN Foundation shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modifications, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

You expressly understand and agree that:
