The Hague International Model United Nations (THIMUN), a not-for-profit educational foundation, is an NGO in Roster Consultative Status with the Department of Public Information of United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). The THIMUN Foundation organises several conferences:

• THIMUN, a five-day simulation of the United Nations for secondary school students, taking place in The Hague, The Netherlands.

• MINIMUN, a one-day Model United Nations in The Hague.

• THIMUN Youth Assembly, a five-day conference twice a year for young people between the ages of 16 and 25.

• THIMUN Singapore, a five-day simulation of the United Nations for secondary school students, taking place in Singapore.

Schools already in the Singapore program will receive an invitation to attend in April 2008. Schools in the The Hague program will receive their invitation in July 2008.
