ADVISORY PANEL ON THE QUESTION
OF THE NILE RIVER BASIN
This Panel, consisting of 32 members, has the
task of drawing up a summary of the situation
in the Nile River Basin and a plan of action for
the region, in an open debate. The Panel reports
back to the Secretariat General on the Friday
of the conference.
